TRACK YOUR ORDER

Track your order status with your Tracking number. Please allow 24-48 hours from when you place your order, and it has been processed for the status to update.

What Payment methods Do you have?  

Meika's Boutique N More offers several payment options for your convenience. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express card. We also take PayPal, Google pay, Cash App, Money Orders, and After pay. Our Boutique issued Gift Certificates are currently exclusive to our local Boutique and Events and are unable to be used online at this time, however you may call Boutique directly to place your order using your gift certificate and bring it in at the time of pick up.

How can I track my package?

In your shipping confirmation email you will receive a link to the tracking history. From there, you can monitor your package's progress until it's delivered to your door. Depending on the shipping method selected, you can visit USPS.com to enter the tracking number emailed to you. Free shipping & local pick-up contact boutique for delivery status.

How do I know if my package has shipped and is on its way?

Once you place an order, you will receive an automatic confirmation email. Once your order has been processed and is ready to leave our Boutique, you will receive another email with shipping information. Please note that the shipping confirmation email does not necessarily mean that the carrier (USPS) has picked up your package from our Boutique. Please use the appropriate carriers tracking features to determine when your package has been picked up and is in transit. Please allow 24-48 hours from the time you place your order for its status to update.

When will I receive my order?

Our shipping and handling time is between 3-5 or 5-7 business days after your payment has been processed, also depends on if item is in stock or on back order. A tracking number will be provided to you after your item has been shipped. 

I received a damaged item what do I do?

Please take a photo of the item and email it to our Customer Care team at meikasboutiquenmore@gmail.com with the description of the damage. Once we receive your package, we will issue you Boutique credit if it meets our criteria, for Adult Boutique Customers some items will be under factory warranty and will not be issued a credit. 

Cancellations?

To cancel an order, please contact our friendly customer service team as soon as possible. If a paid order is cancelled before it is accepted, a refund will be applied to the original payment method. If an order has already been accepted, it will need to be returned in accordance with our return policy.

  Returns?

We only do exchange no refunds Boutique Customers, Adult Boutique Customers no returns or refunds. You have 7 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. This includes both purchases bought in person and online. To be eligible for an exchange your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. All clearance items such as clothing, shoes, jewelry, eyelashes, fragrances, hats, lingerie and adult novelties etc. are all final sales and cannot be exchanged. All accessories no exchange or return. Due to limited quantities of boutique items exchanges only no refunds on any items. You will receive a Boutique credit if you have an item that needs to be exchanged or if an item is out of stock.

 Shipping?

Free standard shipping takes 5-7 business days to receive.
Priority mail shipping takes 3-5 business days to receive if items are in stock 7-10 business if out of stock.

All Customers If your item needs to be shipped back to Meika's Boutique N More, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non­refundable.
